Exterior and interior 3D visualization of an urban take on smart living from Elijah Kord Custom Homes. The project’s architect and interior designer drew inspiration from Scandinavian style for the perfect balance of between minimalism and homey warmth. Clean lines, simple and functional shapes from the outside mixed with neutral-heavy color palette of the uncluttered rooms from the inside – this project embraces the less is more concept at its finest. Working on these 3D visuals, we analyzed the local demographics and were given enough artistic freedom to interpret the moodboards for the desired mood and atmosphere which helped us fully embody the author’s idea in the resulting renderings.
